2008-12-31 [Skydancer]: oh, and by the by, the larger file sizes are good things. Large, clear, high resolution files are necessary to do decent work at any realistic print size.
2009-01-01 [Khronos Atmosphaera]: I thought so, but, sometimes, them being so big.... I just... gah, I dunno. Lol
2009-01-06 [J.R. MacKenzie]: *whistles* Very nice.
2009-01-06 [EnigmaXero]: Oh gosh...XD These were fun to take.
<.<
Anyways. XD

2009-01-06 [Skydancer]: Just need to do this on a regular basis. Keep all the body in the image, no cutting hands or feet or heads, unless your only doing hands or feet or heads. :D and large is better. You can use the : img300 etc etc to size them for the pages or even better use the folder upload option to upload a few dozen at a time. :) Practice practice practice and then keep the good ones out of the practice to upload. A most excellent and useful hobby. :)
2009-01-06 [Lerune]: Oh, these really are very good -- I was also going to make the suggestion of clothing that would show the lines of the body a little better, for reference usage, but that has been said. Even so, these are very, very good action poses. Well done. =o)
2009-01-07 [Khronos Atmosphaera]: Thank you all so much for your comments! ^^
And I promise, I'll redo this, but I'll wear tights. I have a whole weekend coming up to do so :)
2009-01-07 [Skydancer]: Brilliant. Looking forward to the development of a real stock artist group over there. :D
2009-01-07 [Demon Epona]: Tenshi!!! You didn't tell me you entered this!! I guess we haven't gotten a chance to talk in awhile though. =P These are amazing!!
2009-01-07 [Khronos Atmosphaera]: YAY! I'll try my best!
Hah, hah, Epona! ^^ I did. And thank you!
2009-01-08 [jaraden]: i gotta say, some terrificly exagerated poses here...
to be honest i could actually use some of these, seeing as i crap at drawing the female form... cursed women being hard to draw!!!!
blast it all to hell!
2009-01-08 [arthemis_]: Hey some very useful stuff in here! *goes vote*
2009-01-08 [Khronos Atmosphaera]: Thank you all! Lol! I can't draw women either. I can only draw men. And my women look manly, so I just don't do it. Dx!
But I'll be doing more of these sometime very soon!
Thank you all very much ^^
2009-01-09 [jaraden]: ahh so you know my pain then... i'm the exact same, my women tend to look manly even though i try and soften not only their poses, bodies and features... argh!!!!
if i could make a request.. if your doing more dance poses, could you possible include some ballet like poses aswell as some standard relaxed stances???? i know it'd help me out a lot, but i don't want to be a bother...
thanks kid!
take it easy and fantastic job thus far!
2009-01-09 [Khronos Atmosphaera]: I can do that! I won't post the link in here until the contest is over, because that wouldn't be fair. But once I do it, I'll PM you with the wiki link. ^-^!!
2009-01-09 [jaraden]: wicked, thanks very much.. i seriously need to improve on drawing females.. seriously...
but thanks for the help and all your hard work kid!!!!!
thanks a bunch!
2009-01-09 [Khronos Atmosphaera]: You're very welcome!
I love how you call me kid. My uncle calls me that. Makes me feel special. I know I look 14, but I promise I'm 22! xD!!!
2009-01-09 [jaraden]: i just call everyone kid, even my own parents.. i can't remember why, i think i got it off my grandfather.. but that was ages ago..
most people think i'm being condescending, so i end up having to explain myself a lot..
curses..
but like i said, the poses are fantastic, i wouldn't be able to do any of those, is old and me back ain't what it used to be.. har har
you take it easy kid!
2009-01-09 [Khronos Atmosphaera]: I don't mind being called kid at all. However, since you call me kid, I picture this really gruff voice, like my uncle. He walks up to me, "Haw ya doin' kid?!" *smacks me on the back of the head, and hugs me in a bear hug, crushing me* ... Once I finally remove myself from all his chest hair, and his arm pit, I can tell him that I'm doing fine, if not a bit dizzy now.
I've also not been in dance for a few years. I was mega flexible, and now, I'm not. But, I'm wanting to work on getting that flexibility back.
2009-01-09 [jaraden]: well i give you massive props for getting into dance, it takes skill and guts, and besides, i'm ABSOLUTLY RUBBISH at dancing!!!
har har
think of a old grandpa dancing.. that's me minus the cardigan..
har har
my uncles are like that, and with loads of male cousins family greetings tend to break out into battle royales..
so i can relate!!
